Puppy Application & Adoption Process

All of our pet puppies are $2800 and go home with:

Thanks for your interest in a Gem Doodles Puppy!
Our pet puppies are $2800. We only home pet puppies that go on on a spay/neuter contract. They come with a 2 year health warranty, vet check, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, goody bag, and lifetime of support from us!
How to adopt a Gem Doodle:
1. Complete the Puppy Application below. (If on your phone, you may have to turn it sideways to find the "submit" button)
2. We will call you to get to know a little about you, how you see your pup fitting into your lifestyle, and tell you about us. This is how applications are approved.
2. Once approved, initial payment is due and will secure your place on the reservation list. Payment schedule is determined by age of puppy at time of approval, with full payment due when puppies are matched (age 6-7 weeks). No refunds are given unless we end up not having a puppy that meets the criteria on your application.
4. At 6 -7 weeks of age, puppy selection/matching will take place. We will help match a puppy personality to your lifestyle & preferences shown on the application. Then a binding contract will be executed, and the final balance is due.
5.. Puppies will be ready to go to their forever homes as early as 8-10 weeks old. Longer boarding/training options may be available.
DELIVERY
Gem Doodles is located in beautiful Helena, Montana. Our goal is to unite you with your pup as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. As such, we keep our delivery prices extremely reasonable.
OPTIONS
- Pick up your Gem Doodle in Helena, Montana or meet us at a Montana airport (Bozeman, Missoula, Helena, Billings, Great Falls, Kalispell). Maybe make a bucket-list vacation out of it and visit nearby Glacier or Yellowstone National Parks!
- Meet us half-way to you (by car or plane)
- Have one of our puppy chaperones fly to your city. We only fly puppies in the cabin. They never fly as cargo.

PayPal and Square charge a 3% transaction fee which will be passed on to the buyer. Venmo is our preferred payment method. Checks must clear before picking up your puppy. Payments must be received on time to maintain place on Reservation List.

Breeder reserves the right to retain puppies from any litter. Breeder has the right of refusal of sale of a puppy for any reason at any time before completion of sale and delivery of puppy. Full deposit will be immediately refunded to the puppy buyer(s) at the time of the Breeder's decision.
